Tyddyn Bach ~ Welcome

Tyddyn Bach

Tyddyn Bach (meaning little farm) is a bungalow situated within the Snowdonia National Park on a single track country lane (which is also a designated cycle route) with panoramic countryside views of the renowned Dysynni Valley and Bird Rock (Craig y Deryn) favoured by walkers, cyclists and bird watchers and the furthest inland nesting place in Europe for cormorants; buzzards and red kite can be watched circling around. Cader Idris, one of the highest peaks in Wales, can also be seen from the garden.

Aberdyfi, Tywyn, Llwyngwril and Fairbourne with their beaches are all within easy reach as are the Tal-y-Llyn railway and Dolgoch Falls. Visitors can enjoy the many local walks, shop at weekly markets at Tywyn and Machynlleth and visit the historic town of Dolgellau and Harlech with its ancient castle.

We also have a self catering property that sleeps 6 in Aberdovey: Traeth Teg
